  • How do I place an order?

    You can place an order directly through our website by visiting the Shop page, where you’ll find our selection of bouquets, arrangements, and services. Simply browse, select your preferred item, and check out online.

    If you’re looking for something bespoke, we’re always happy to help. You’re welcome to visit us in store or give us a call to discuss a custom arrangement tailored to your needs.

    Do you offer consultations for wedding or corporate floral design?

    Yes, we do. We offer dedicated consultations for weddings and corporate events. Our website includes a page outlining the process (link), but in short: once you share your core requirements, we’ll arrange a dedicated session to thoughtfully design and architect your event florals.

    Where do you deliver?

    We currently offer delivery within the local York area only.

    • Standard delivery within York is £7.99

    If you’re enquiring from further afield, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise on what may be possible.

    Is same-day or next-day delivery available?

    Yes, subject to order time:

    • Order before 10:30am for same-day delivery by 6pm

    • Orders placed after 10:30am will be delivered the following day by 12pm

    Can I request a morning or afternoon delivery window?

    Bespoke delivery time slots can be arranged and are subject to a surcharge. Please contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

  • How do I care for my flowers?

    All of our arrangements include a thoughtfully designed care card with guidance specific to your flowers. Care instructions may vary depending on flower type and season, but as a general guide, you can expect your flowers from Spider Gerbera to last around five days.

    To help maximise longevity:

    • Cut stems at a 45-degree angle before placing them in a clean vase

    • Use fresh water and change it every other day

    • A small drop of bleach when changing the water can help reduce bacterial growth

    • Keep flowers out of direct sunlight

    • Place arrangements in a cool spot, away from heat sources such as radiators

    What sizes do your arrangements come in?

    All of our bouquets are available in three options: No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3. Depending on the style of the bouquet, prices will vary. We have options to accommodate all tastes and preferences, and we will always be explicit about what is included in your order.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    • Online: Card payments

    • In store: Card or cash

    Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Cancellations and modifications are handled on a discretionary basis. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    What if there is an issue with my order?

    If you experience any issues with your flowers, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, as flowers are a perishable product. Images can be sent to (email) for our records, and we will aim to replace any faulty product as quickly as possible where appropriate.

  • Can I include extras with my order?

    Yes. When ordering online, you’ll have the option to add a gift message, as well as extras such as vases and gift cards, once your product has been added to the cart.

    Do you offer flower subscriptions?

    Yes, we offer a subscription service, which can be found in our Shop section (link). Subscriptions are available on a weekly or monthly basis and come in two tiers:

    • Standard

    • Premium

    You can choose your preferred colour palette, and we’ll create seasonal arrangements tailored to your selection.
